Unable to Login or Forgot Password?

Learn how to solve common issues with accounts or the login process

Forgetting password is natural & remembering password is challenging; unless stored. Isn't there any better way to function? As of the current development, the standard procedure remains as mentioned to resolve.

Forgot your password? If so, the best bet be this:

1. Reset the password:

Navigate to the SJRS LMS Login page, click on the Forgot Password button

2. Enter the details:

Enter the registration number and the registered email of your account. Click to Reset. 

Upon valid input of registered details, you'll receive the confirmation popup. Click to close.

3. Check your associated email platform:

Go to your email provider where the registered email is. For eg: Gmail. The incoming message will reflect with this title:

4. Click the Reset Password button:

Check in that email and click the reset button to proceed. Be aware: the link will open in another tab.

Proceeding ahead, page for resetting the password appears when the Reset button is clicked. The input form then allows you set new password for the respective account.

5. Set a new password:

Choose the password and confirm the same in the next field. 

6. Wait for confirmation:

Upon successful processing, success message will popup. 

Hurray! you've successfully changed the password. Now, you'll be able to login to the account.
