This article deals on what to do when you do not have access to the registered Email address

The issue of 'No access to Email' commonly occurs when a user no longer uses the provided Email Platform or seldom uses; that eventually leads to forgetting password. Does not matter which provider it is; unfortunately, user gets locked according to the terms & conditions of the provider. However, user also can check the methods to recover access to the Email account using the provider's guidelines.

When the above said description shows no luck or refers to some other reasons, in any case to access the SJRS Library portal, user can request the Support for assistance.

Steps to do:


1. Make sure you have an access to the authentic Email Provider's platform


2. Drop a message to the Support of SJRS LMS Application via the chat box. The chat box most commonly appears on the Login page in this case. It takes a few seconds to pop up as it is set so. Else, Click on the button beside Need help.

Upon entering either the chat box or via the help center, you may submit a ticket providing a valid information. Support assistance time may vary. Kindly follow up the communication through the provided Email address. Hope that was useful!
