Learn how to tackle common issues with the Email platform.
This topic can be identified with other expressions such as:
I'm not receiving email, no notification, no incoming email, email blocked, spam, etc.
All of the above expression have one thing in common and that's related to email platform. SJRS LMS sends transactional emails to its users on regular basis.
Issue:
In this process, there can be number of instances where email is dropped in promotions or updates or social or spam folders. Here's a narrow overview folders of most email providers although, it may vary in design & structure.

As of now, the SJRS LMS uses secure channels to send emails to its users. It is integrated with Mailjet, a platform for email delivery services. Hence, it does not spam users. If you still see the incoming email is dropped in spam folder, make sure to do this:
Solution:

1. Click on Report not spam. This will notify the platform to consider the changes. The other workaround is this:
2. Create a filter similar to the setup shown. (The setup here is of Gmail) Go to the Settings of your email provider. Find the option Filter. Create a filter for this email-id. As of now, the notifications are dropped from this email.

This way, creating a filter guarantees that no email is missed from SJRS LMS and dropped in inbox marking it as an important email.
