The spinning is a part of the browser integrity check done by Cloudflare in order to avoid harm from the attempted browser. 'Checking if the site connection is secure' is a process where security is reviewed of the attempted connection. This is a normal protocol known as 'Browser Integrity Check' (BIC) which looks for common HTTP headers abused most commonly by spammers and denies access to the target page.

Issue:

Solution:

Here are the possible solution to avoid such scenario.

1. Use the recommended browser. Best accepted is Chrome, Firefox, Brave.
2. Avoid the default browser from your device when logging in
3. Check your browser is up-to-date
4.  Check your internet connection (poor internet connection affects)

SJRS LMS uses Ajax dataTable to serve the content from the server. It has the capacity to fetch any JSON data and outsource through tables. This method disallows the need of reloading page intermittently allowing the table to load at full pace.

Issue:

Its a error thrown when Ajax fails to complete the given request. Here, the page that uses ajax dataTable remains stagnant for about a couple of minutes without refreshing the page itself. Simply to put, there's no user activity on the particular search page. After a considerable duration, when the user attempts to input a value, this Ajax dataTable error is thrown. The error mode could be different according to the version that's been used in the framework.

Solution:

1. Make sure you are active on the page you attempt to search the value

2. Refresh the page

3. Ensure that you aren't logged out of the system
